My Approach to Dog Training
Over the past 30 years I’ve been a certified dog trainer, dedicated to helping dogs succeed using positive training techniques. Each one of my four-legged students is special and unique and for that reason, a “one-size-fits-all” dog training approach simply wouldn’t be effective. That’s why my small group classes are geared towards personal, individualized training that focuses on the specific needs of each puppy and their family.
Canine Behavior Training
All dogs have instinctive behaviors that are unacceptable to us as pet parents – things such as…
- Nipping and chewing
- Excessive barking
- House breaking
- Leash pulling
- Aggression toward people and/or other dogs
- And much more…
So whether you are starting out with a new puppy or are having behavior issues with an adult dog that has been in your family for years, I can teach you how to resolve these challenges in order to create a harmonious home life for all of you.
Learning how to effectively communicate with your canine companion is key to helping your dog succeed. By learning to speak your dog’s language, you will be more successful in teaching basic commands, obedience and setting boundaries.
